Submitted by Melody Christian

1 tablespoon dried onion

1 tablespoon parsley, freeze-dried

1 tablespoon cornstarch

2 tablespoons bell peppers, freeze-dried

1-1/2 teaspoons salt -- or to taste

1/4 teaspoon instant minced garlic

1 teaspoon sugar

3/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning -- OR combination of oregano, basil, rosemary, thyme, sage, marjoram

Combine all ingredients in a ziploc bag and shake well. Seal with your vaccum sealer or in a baggie. Makes 1 packet

  1. Are there instructions for using the packet? How much water to add, etc? Thanks!

  2. Yes, instructions please. Do you just mix with tomato sauce, tomatoes?
