Dry Mixes in a Jar... Instant Pudding Mixes (Chocolate and Vanilla)



Dry Mixes... these mixes are not for canning, but may be stored in canning jars.

DIY - Chocolate Instant Pudding

Found on friendship bread kitchen

Prep Time: 10 minutes Yield: 10 cups

Ingredients

2-1/2 cups nonfat dry milk 

5 cups sugar 

3 cups cornstarch 

1 teaspoon salt 

2-1/2 cups unsweetened cocoa

Directions

1. Mix and store in airtight container.

2. Use 1/2 cup of mix per box of instant pudding being substituted.

3. ENJOY!

This recipe can be used as a substitute for any Amish Friendship Bread recipe that calls for a box of instant pudding.





DYI - Vanilla Instant Pudding

5 teaspoons vanilla extract
