Dry Mixes in a Jar... Jerk Rub

Dry Mixes... these mixes are not for canning, but may be stored in canning jars.

Jerk Rub 

1/4 cup dried crushed rosemary 

1/4 cup dried thyme 

2 Tbsp. dry mustard 

4 tsp. salt 

4 tsp. ground black pepper 

4 tsp. onion powder 

2 tsp. celery seed 

2 tsp. ground cloves 

1 tsp. cayenne
