Dry Mixes in a Jar...Homemade Baking Powder



Dry Mixes... these mixes are not for canning, but may be stored in canning jars.

Baking Powder

Found on recipelion

Ingredients

* 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar

* 1/4 teaspoon baking soda

* 1/4 teaspoon cornstarch

Instructions

Mix together, store in refrigerator. Can be doubled or tripled.

    Happy New Year is their an expiration date? How long does it keep? I know the store bpught ast's forever but I do not use it as often as I wish. xoxo

      I make as needed, unless I plan on doing lot of baking to where I will need more baking powder, then I will double or triple the batch
